ISBA TP, partner of Forum Focéen 2025: a springboard for employment for civil engineering graduates

On Tuesday 4 November 2025, ISBA TP – Institut Supérieur du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (Higher Institute of Building and Civil Engineering) – will take part in Forum Centrale Marseille Entreprises (FOCEEN), held at Parc Chanot in Marseille. This event, which has become a benchmark in the engineering employment and training landscape, attracts more than 2,300 visitors and 130 companies from all sectors of activity each year.

FOCEEN: the largest engineering forum in the South region

Supported by a team of 28 engineering students from Centrale Méditerranée in partnership with Studyrama, the Forum Focéen has established itself over the past 18 years as the essential meeting place for companies recruiting and students seeking professional opportunities.

With its strong values of professionalism, eco-responsibility, innovation and solidarity, FOCEEN offers a privileged space for meetings, exchanges and the building of sustainable careers.

The companies present represent a wide variety of sectors:

• construction and infrastructure
• engineering and industry,
• energy and environment
• auditing, consulting and digital,
• aeronautics and defence.

They come to meet their future interns, work-study students and young graduates in a setting conducive to discovering professions, establishing direct contacts and creating solid professional networks.

A key event for ISBA TP students

As part of their engineering studies and training in digitalisation and building operations or complex infrastructure modelling, ISBA TP students will enjoy an afternoon dedicated to the FOCEEN Forum.

The aim is to meet, exchange ideas and get noticed by partner companies in the construction, energy, civil engineering and digital sectors.

This event will enable them to

• Identify internship or work-study opportunities,
• Expand their professional network through contact with recruiters,
• Discover market trends and needs in the engineering professions,
• Showcase their skills in a real-world professional setting.

Students already enrolled in work-study programmes will be able to take advantage of the forum to maintain and strengthen their ties with the regional business community.

A partnership in line with ISBA TP’s values

ISBA TP, an engineering school within the Aix Marseille Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry network, has been training experts in sustainable and connected construction for over 70 years. Its ambition is to prepare the engineers of tomorrow to meet the environmental and digital challenges facing the sector.
